The Gym has access to the backyard through fully opening sliding doors with direct access to the pool, On the opposite end of the home, you will find a private office set up perfectly for private meetings or small conference room gatherings and access to the three-car garage. Once upstairs, you will find a bunk bedroom with three Queen and three twin beds with its own private bathroom. Down the hall from the stairs is the loft equipped with a smart TV, surround sound entertainment and gaming system, and an air hockey table.  From the loft door, you have an upper balcony where you may enjoy the fire pit, relax in the secondary hot tub or enjoy meals sitting at the high-top bar, all while absorbing more of the beautiful scenery as memories are built during your stay.  Another beneficial amenity is a beautiful casita off the garages which offers extra privacy, a full kitchen, and living space for someone in your group to enjoy. This home’s backyard is perfect for outdoor living at its best. It offers a 3-hole putting green, a huge 54’ by 22’swimming pool and hot tub for 10+ guests, an outdoor shower, basketball court, a full-size bocce ball court, cornhole, outdoor television, and a sitting area with misters and fans for the hot summer days, an outdoor kitchen with grilling stations and drink fridge, a 10-speaker sound system and an in-ground trampoline for you to enjoy.
